Our professionals have an in-depth understanding of how school and community college districts operate as well as the funding formulas used by the State to fund programs and facilities.

Yuri Calderon is a graduate of the University of Denver and Georgetown University Law Center. He has extensive experience in school construction, program and project management, developer negotiations and other related school business issues. His commitment to public education, transparency and integrity is unparalleled in the industry.

DR. RICK MILLER
Dr. Rick Miller holds four academic degrees including a Ph.D.; Ed.Sp. (Educational Specialist); M.Ed. (Masters in Education); and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Dr. Miller is passionate about student learning and eliminating the learning gap between various student populations. He served as Superintendent to Oxnard Elementary, Riverside and Santa Ana School Districts, among others.

STEVE LOWDER
Dr. Lowder received his doctorate (Ed.D.) in Policy Planning and Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Southern California. Dr. Lowder has served as a Superintendent for more than 35 years throughout California, Idaho and Oregon; As Superintendent, Dr. Lowder has managed multiple successful bond campaigns and supervised the completion of new construction and modernization projects.

Eloy retamal
Eloy Retamal, a California Civil and Structural Engineer, has over thirty-years experience serving public agencies and is recognized internationally for his work on seismic preparedness and seismic analysis. Mr. Retamal was a pioneer in the use of performance based specifications for the procurement of seismic isolators beginning in the 1980s.
